You have looked at different aspects of your life as of late, and you have wondered: things that once held so much attraction now seem dull and uninteresting; passions for things of the world have waned.
I am taking you through a short period of pruning. As you yield to Me and rest in Me, things that had a hold on you and things that occupied space in your life will just fall away.
I am making room in you to grow. I am expanding your capacity for more of Me and what I give and what I bring will far exceed that which you leave behind.
This need not be a painful experience as you yield to My Spirit. I am answering the prayers and cries of your heart for more of Me, for increased levels of gifting, but I first must make room.
The more that you yield to Me, the more that you will grow and receive. Enjoy this period of pruning and don’t look back, for My joy before you is much greater.
John 15:1-5
I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit, He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit, He prunes it so that it may bear more fruit. You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you. Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself unless it abides in the vine, so neither can you unless you abide in Me. I am the vine, you are the branches; he who abides in Me and I in him, he bears much fruit, for apart from Me you can do nothing.
