Galatians 6:9
Let us not lose heart in doing good, for in due time we will reap if we do not grow weary.
I hear cries of, ‘How long, how long Lord?’ And it’s like looking towards the hills and across the landscape, awaiting your saviour and the salvation of others. But you have waited and you have looked; and you have waited. And your prayer and your complaint have gone quiet as your eyes, weary from the looking, lower… down towards your feet and down towards the situation that you stand in.
God says, ‘I know and I know the things that you don’t know. I see and I am coming. I am the God of your salvation, I am the God of your deliverance. Declare and stand upon my word, let your faith arise within you and know that I love you and I am coming with healing and deliverance in my wings. I am your salvation and I will never fail you.’
2 Peter 3:9
The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish but for all to come to repentance.
Psalm 121:1-3
I will lift up my eyes to the mountains; From where shall my help come? My help comes from the LORD, Who made heaven and earth. He will not allow your foot to slip; He who keeps you will not slumber.
