Breathe In – your Lion Bites word for today

Today, I am putting within you new gumption, new courage, new boldness and new stamina. Watch as you breathe out all the self-pity, discouragement, wounding and low fervour. Breathe it out and let it go!

Then watch and look as you breathe in and inhale new life. I am breathing into your very being the things you need to carry you through these days. These are not days of ease, but they are days that require great courage. They are days of growth and maturity.

As you exhale the old, inhale all that you need from me to equip you and to move you forward. Take heart for I am with you!
