Come Close

Oh, my People, how I long for you to know who I truly AM! Yes, these
days have tried you. Yes, you’ve been shaken. And yes, I know, and I
see. Do you see me? Do you see my hand? Do you know that there is no one
else like me?

I love you with an everlasting love. I call to you, day and night; night
and day, I cry out for you! I call out to those who will have ears to
hear, and I long to meet with those whose hearts are longing for me. Do
not allow the shaking to keep you from me. Do not allow the many changes
to distract your attention. Press in! Come closer! Lean towards me. I
come close to those who will draw near, and these are times that require
my close proximity.

In that close space between you and me, let me speak clearly. Let my
words fill your ears. Let my love envelop your heart. Let me fill the
places where this past season has almost finished you off. Allow me to
come close; get comfortable living in my presence. Truly begin to abide
in me; nothing, absolutely nothing else is more important than this.

Micah 7:18 – 19 NIV
Who is a God like you, who pardons sin and forgives the transgression of
the remnant of his inheritance? You do not stay angry forever but
delight to show mercy. Again, you will have compassion on us; you will

Yet the LORD longs to be gracious to you; therefore he will rise up to

Tell the Lord God that you desire His close presence by making time to
just focus all of your attention on Him. Worship Him and give Him the
sacrifice of praise today, and as you do, just bask in His nearness!
