First Fruit – your Lion Bites word for today

This is a season of first fruits – the first fruit appearing on the branch after a long winter and late spring. This first fruit is love.

You are bearing this fruit now because you have been connected to me, the Vine! You have grown in me and have clung to me through the season. You have let me love you and hold you in your place. You have also found new ways and new expressions of my love! My heart is beating with JOY when we are together. I am not too busy for you. And you are learning to be present with me more and more. Your love delights me as you delight in me. I am delighted to see this precious first fruit.
