During the current Covid-19 crisis we aim to dispatch items in 5 -15 working days. We also use suppliers for some of our products who are working with limited staff during this time. Pre-order means ordering something before it is available. You will be charged when the order is placed but we will get you an estimated time-frame in which your order will be dispatched.

We will send your order via Royal Mail. Their estimated delivery time-frames are as follows:-
- British Isles (2nd class postage) 3 working days
- Western Europe in up to 2 weeks
- Eastern Europe in up to 5 weeks
- North America in up to 6 weeks
- South America, Africa and Asia in up to 8 weeks
- Australia in up to 12 weeks
We want you to be happy with your purchase; however, if the goods are unsuitable or faulty you may return us the items within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.
If you have ordered the wrong size then we will happily exchange for a new size.
Please ensure to return all items in the original packaging with a copy of your returns form.
All returns should be posted back to us and proof of postage must be obtained.
We do not offer a free returns service. If the item is faulty we will refund the postage.
On receipt of the returned items we will issue you an exchange within 7-10 days; unless the item/s is out of stock, in which case we will email you to advise you of timescales.
If your order has not entered our dispatch process you can certainly cancel it. Contact us if you wish to cancel your order.
