Yes, this has been a painful season. I do see, and I know. I care. In fact, I care so much for my Bride that I have pulled off all the things that have stuck to you for so long. They’ve felt like part of you; yet really, they were hindrances that kept you from a close, intimate place with me.
You’ve grieved, and you’ve mourned the loss of what was. And now, to be stripped feels like the worst pain. I hear you! Look at me! Look at my face! Do you see my eyes? They are filled with tender care for you as I love you, passionately! They are filled with fire as I burn off the grime that life has put on you. Will you let my eyes of fiery love do a complete work?
Gaze into my fierce love and allow the purification to happen; allow me to do a complete and perfect work within you.
Psalm 30:11 NIV
You turned my wailing into dancing; you removed my sackcloth and clothed me with joy.
Revelation 19:12 NIV
His eyes are like blazing fire, and on his head are many crowns. He has a name written on him that no one knows but he himself.
