A deeper level of worship –  your Lion Bites word for today

God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.

God is the Ancient of Days, the Desire of Nations, the Lilly of the Valley. He is Father and Lord, King and Friend, Counsellor and Mighty Warrior. He is the God Who Heals, the God Who Sees and the God Who Provides. Under His wing is shelter for those He loves and in His presence there is fullness of joy. How could you not respond in true worship and adoration to our King?

There is another level of worship that is stirring in the hearts of the Children of God. This pure, undiluted, reverential praise comes from deep encounter with the fullness of who God is. It can’t be formulated or forced instead, out of seeing God through scripture and encounter, it will be an impulse – you won’t be able to help yourself but to worship. Pursue God again and give Him a worship offering He is worthy of. May the Lamb receive the reward of His suffering. May He receive a song of praise that He deserves. For God is worthy!
