Abandoned Worship – your Lion Bite word for today

Just as in days of old, expectant crowds received their king riding on a
donkey, your king is coming in ways that will take you by surprise.  It
is time for war, and your Warrior King will lead you to battle with your
service, with your worship and your surrender.

As David, the abandoned worshipper who knew the ways of war, you will go
to war with your dance.  You will dance and worship in new ways; your
worship will be costly, sacrificial.  As the Spirit carries you in
total surrender, your worship will reach new heights, and it will bring
the sound of war.  

You are being released into a new level of abandonment and new levels of
unrestrained, passionate worship.  Be released from the chains of
rigidity, inhibitions and fear. In this place of freedom, your worship
goes forth as a pleasing aroma.

worship the Father in the Spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of
worshipers the Father seeks.  God is spirit, and his worshipers must
worship in the Spirit and in truth.

poured it on Jesus’ feet and wiped his feet with her hair. And the
house was filled with the fragrance of the perfume.

Activation
Whether in church or at home, allow the Lord to lead you to break into
new ways of worship. As you choose to push past your inhibitions, there
will be breakthrough into new freedom, not just for you but for those
around you.  Ask Him what He would like you to do that is different and
then take courage and do it!
