Advance and occupy – your Lion Bites word for today

It is time to advance and to occupy the new territory that you already know God has given into your hands. It is time to move forward and possess in the ‘seen realm’ that which is already yours in the ‘unseen realm’; to lay hold of it and bring it into your ownership.

I watched as you stood looking at objects that were floating around in the air. They were marked ‘Sold’ and you had the receipts – they belonged to you. These had been purchased and were yours, yet they were not in your possession and you grew frustrated as you looked and hoped that they would make your way towards you. But they never did.

Now I hear the Lord say, ‘stretch out your hand and seize that which is already yours. For this is the time to possess your promised place and to occupy your new territory. Do not stay stagnant, wishing that what you see before you would land in your hands. Instead, forcefully extend forth your hand and grab hold of these things in faith.

This is a season to occupy and to possess new places, new grounds. But do not be discouraged with the ‘cost’ or how far away and unreachable it all seems… for your promises have already been purchased and now you must stretch: advance and take occupation.
