Desperate times – desperate measures

Psalm 142:6
Listen to my cry, for I am in desperate need; rescue me from those who pursue me, for they are too strong for me.

It has been said that, ‘Desperate times call for desperate measures’.

In these times where there is a desperate need for solutions to challenging circumstances and daily turmoil, the help of the Lord is always available to you. He is saying, ‘I am the solution for all things.’

The Lord is encouraging you to seek Him desperately. Not to look to man, or urgently to other sources for solutions. For He is the only one who can provide a solution with permanency; He is the only one who can provide calm in the midst of a storm, peace in the chaos, rest where there appears to be no rest. He is calling you to come and seek Him for the solution.

The key to your current circumstance is held in His hands. No other can provide it – no other has died to make the way clear for you. Pursue Him desperately and He will give you the solution.
