Divine Purpose
Beloved, do not be discouraged when it is not obvious what I am doing in your circumstances, for I have promised to never leave you or forsake you.
Esther became Queen over the entire Persian Empire and was celebrated for her beauty, power, and influence. However, had she looked at her position from a purely human perspective, she would have missed its divine purpose.
When Queen Esther was called upon to speak to the king and expose the plot to kill the Jews, her position was put at risk. If the king failed to acknowledge her, she would be put to death! Discouragement could have so easily defeated her but instead she chose to seek my face, trust, pray, arrange prayer support and walk straight into her God-given Purpose! Esther’s actions ultimately saved the entire Jewish people, allowed me to take out their enemy and preserved the lineage of my son, Jesus who liberated all creation through his death and resurrection! Now that is Testimony! So today my Beloved, do not look at your circumstances but instead, fix your gaze on me. Do not be discouraged! Hold your God-given course, partner with my purposes and watch what I will do!
A prayer to pray:
Dear Lord Jesus, today I hand to you all my positions and circumstances. I know you have a plan and purpose in my life and I want to partner with you in it. Please show me the changes I need to make to come into complete alignment with your will. Guard my heart from frustration and discouragement when I am positioned correctly but can’t see what your plans are yet. Please lead me, in your timing, right into my God given Purpose! In the name of Jesus, Amen.
