Do not worry
Matthew 6:25-27
Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?
You were not created to be a worrier! Your time and energy is much too precious to me for you to spend it worrying about the things of life. I have the answers to the questions and problems you are facing. All you need to do is ask me and wait for my response. Worrying doesn’t need to be a part of who you are or what you do, so don’t entertain those worrying thoughts anymore. Instead, cast those cares onto me, and know that you are highly valued in my eyes.
