Don’t stay where you are – your Lion Bites word for today

Have you felt that you’ve fallen into a rut or into a pattern that just won’t change? No matter how much you try to get up and begin again or how hard you try to end an old way of thinking, you just can’t seem to get to the new.

To you, the Lord says ‘My child, that is your cue to look to me in a new way. Consider that it’s time to go higher than you’ve gone before because a new change or breakthrough requires a new strategy. It might mean that it’s time to shift your day and begin a new way of bible study with me. It might require a new way of praying, or it might require a new friendship. Ask me what strategy you need to get you moving forward from where you are now. There is no reason for you to stay where you are. Get up and come on a new journey with me.

I hear the Lord saying, “I will stay close to you, instructing and guiding you along the pathway for your life. I will advise you along the way and lead you forth with my eyes as your guide. So don’t make it difficult; don’t be stubborn when I take you where you’ve not been before. Don’t make me tug you and pull you along. Just come with me!”
