Draw Deep – your Lion Bites word for today
I saw a mighty river of God’s love that gushed and flowed at great speed. There was a tree, whose roots were deep into the river.
The mighty river of God’s love gushes and flows with great speed. Trees are planted beside it, their roots going deep in the waters of the mighty river. And the Holy Spirit invites His trees to put their roots down deep into His river. Return to Him, and be sure that you are planted there, beside the true source.
His river is fresh and free, it is abundantly provided for you. So dip in and receive a fresh impartation, drawing deep and long from the ‘now’ source. Don’t settle for stale water and don’t leave it until you start to wilt and lose your vibrancy. Be careful not to slip into religion through habit. The Lord is the source of all that is new, current and all that you need for today. Allow His water to cool you and to bring life and abundance to your works today. His river is essential for the cultivation of fruit that is sweet and pure.
