Exchange and Upgrade

Job 22:27-28
You shall make your prayer unto him, and he shall hear you, and you shall pay your vows. You shall also decree a thing, and it shall be established for you: and the light shall shine upon your ways.

Jesus Christ invites you to come to Him and make exchange. He wants to upgrade much in your life that is not the best for you. He is good: His Father is the giver of good gifts.

So if you sinful people know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give good gifts to those who ask him. (Matthew 7:11)

I hear the Holy Spirit suggest that you make a list with Him: a list of things that can be upgraded for better. Don’t restrict yourself to the world’s ideals or limitations.

Then come to Him and ask – decree a thing and it shall be established for you.

Isaiah 61:3
…and provide for those who grieve in Zion – to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display of his splendour.
