Flow

I hear God say, ‘Flow, flow with My Spirit!’

The Lord desires that you would continually flow with His Spirit, like a river that finds its way past the rocks, not stopping at natural hindrances on its journey from the source to sea. The water finds a way to flow, as momentum from the increased volume of water weighs, presses in and increases in that place. It flows in and around, and makes a way through the obstruction as the water collects, builds and forms gullies; or gushes over into a waterfall; or perhaps eddies and changes direction.

As we stay in the flow of His Spirit, the Spirit (the water) makes a way for us which we don’t have to ‘think through’, make happen, or even think about ‘constructing’ or ‘engineering’ a way forward. As we stay in the flow of the Spirit, the Spirit makes a way open to us.

So choose this day not to move outside of the flow and let us establish ourselves deep within the flow of Holy Spirit and continually to allow Him to make the path open for us.
