God In Fire – your Lion Bite word for today

I am the God who walks with you in the Fire. I am the God working in the storm, and I am the God who calms the storm. This is not the time to take your eyes off me, but this is the time to keep praising, to keep gazing, to lock eyes on me and take them off the storm. This is the time to walk in the fire with confidence knowing I am in your midst and will not allow you to be burnt.

Stop fighting the fire and storm. This is not the strategy for you this time. I call you to lock eyes with me to rest assured that I am God, and I will not fail you. Even if you fall, I will pull you up out of the waters, and I will deliver you from the fire.

Matt 14-:25 – 32 NIV

Shortly before dawn, Jesus went out to them, walking on the lake. When the disciples saw him walking on the lake, they were terrified. “It’s a ghost,” they said, and cried out in fear. But Jesus immediately said to them: “Take courage! It is I. Don’t be afraid. “Lord, if it’s you,” Peter replied, “tell me to come to you on the water.” “Come,” he said. Then Peter got down out of the boat, walked on the water and came toward Jesus. But when he saw the wind, he was afraid and, beginning to sink, cried out, “Lord, save me!” Immediately Jesus reached out his hand and caught him. “You of little faith,” he said, “why did you doubt?” And when they climbed into the boat, the wind died down.

Daniel 3:21-25 NIV

So these men, wearing their robes, trousers, turbans and other clothes, were bound and thrown into the blazing furnace. The king’s command was so urgent and the furnace so hot that the flames of the fire killed the soldiers who took up Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, and these three men, firmly tied, fell into the blazing furnace. Then King Nebuchadnezzar leaped to his feet in amazement and asked his advisers, “Weren’t there three men that we tied up and threw into the fire?” They replied, “Certainly, Your Majesty.” He said, “Look! I see four men walking around in the fire, unbound and unharmed, and the fourth looks like a son of the gods.”
