God is greater than your circumstances – your Lion Bites word for today
I saw in the spirit a great distress caused by a disaster which had befallen some of God’s faithful. I heard the voice of an angel speak to another and say, “will they ever recover from such great tragedy?”. Then a gentle breeze that strokes the head of the wheat field touched the fallen ones and they stirred. “See the Spirit of the Lord comes, he has not forgotten the Sons and Daughters of the Living God”.
Then a new scene replaced the former and I saw people dressed as athletes limbering up before a race. They stretched and warmed their spiritual muscles as they prepared to set out. These are those who had fallen yet in the spirit they are not broken. Then an angel exclaimed, “the spirit of the sovereign Lord speaks life, and the bride comes forth”.
It is God’s plan that will be fulfilled and not man’s, for His love for us outweighs all that which has come against us.
Today know this, you are more than your circumstances. God does not define you by tragedy but all that he has accomplished in Christ Jesus.
Jeremiah 29:11-13
For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and future. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.
Isaiah 42:3
