Keep on pushing through
Prepare to be spiritually opposed as you go about your business in the coming days, as the enemy seeks to dampen out Holy flames in the nations and amongst the people of God. But do not lose heart! Do not allow your spirit to be shadowed or intimidated by the deceiver, who knows that the people of God are on the move and are taking ground for the Kingdom. Push through, push through – resist the devil and he will flee.
And I hear the Holy Spirit say, ‘Be on your guard, children of the living God. Be on guard over your own choices and behaviours. Do not allow your spirits to retreat into dark places or old habits, or be lied to. Don’t tell yourself lies about yourself or others – question every thought pattern and take it to Me for testing’.
This is a time to surround yourself with worship and with Scripture. Up your intake of both as you press through, with your face set like flint. Keep burning, don’t give up!
James 4:7-8
Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Come near to God and he will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.
