Linger a little longer – your Lion Bites word for today

Isaiah 64:4
For from days of old they have not heard or perceived by ear, Nor has the eye seen a God besides You, Who acts in behalf of the one who waits for Him.

I am teaching you how to wait on me, how to linger a little longer, how to tarry until you experience the more that I have for you.

I desire more than anything that you would simply wait on my presence. Don’t rush away. Linger until you meet me. Tarry until you encounter me.

As you read this, why not stop where you are… and wait. Wait until you feel His presence. Wait until you smell His fragrance. Wait until you see His pleasures. Don’t rush away or try and merely ‘tick a box’ – for all the Lord asks you to do is to wait on Him and He will visit you.

Psalm 37:9
For evildoers will be cut off, But those who wait for the Lord, they will inherit the land.
