Now! – your Lion Bites word for today

“It is time to shake off the shackles, the fetters that are holding you back, even holding you in the past decade! Things like disappointments, unrealised hopes and dreams, fear (particularly, but not only, of failure), etc. These things are like chains that keep you from moving into your destiny. The last decade is now history as IT IS A NEW DAY! Stand up in the anointing and calling that I have already placed in and on your life, which you can’t see because your eyes are still focused on the past decade. Now is the time to put the junk down, shake it all off and STAND in your NOW! I have called you for such a time as this!”

You may feel that you actually need to do this, so take a few moments with Father and ask Him to specify the things that you need to shed. Then give them to Him, one by one, repent of having allowed them to hold you back. Ask Him what He wants you to STAND in – in this decade. Then STAND in the things He shows you. Own them, thank Father for them and ask Him to give you the wisdom to walk in them in His timing and in His ways. It would be good to write it all down in your journal so that you can see how it all takes shape and so that you don’t go off course.
