Press in for specific healing – your Lion Bites word for today

There is a grace for healing in a specific area of your life that you have wanted to be well for a long time but have so far not yet seen any change or breakthrough. The word that is key for this healing is, ‘specific’. In other words, press in again on that one particular area. Hone in on what the Holy Spirit has most immediately brought to mind and leave all your other desires and petitions to one side for a moment (trust the Lord that His timings are perfect).

The Holy Spirit is gifting you fresh and powerful faith for this specific thing and so expect a new language of prayer and healing declaration to come from your lips. Expect to be surprised at the words of faith that come from your mouth as you speak healing into your particular area of need – in the mighty, miraculous, powerful and proven name of Jesus.

This is not a time to be general or vague, for this can encourage a low-level faith mindset. Neither is it a time for lightweight petitions to heaven, like throwing post-it notes into the wind. No ‘ifs’ and ‘maybes’! This is a time for heavyweight, faith-filled, expectant, specific and direct commands: be healed in the name of Jesus! Go at it, again and again, until you see the fruit. And then go again and again until the fruit is full, ripe and praiseworthy.
