Refuse Fear – your Lion Bites word for today
Beware and do not partner with the spirit of fear that is prevalent in the earth at this time. God has not given us a spirit of fear! Refuse to agree with or give into this tactic of the enemy, who seeks to place you in a prison of fear. Fear is a prison that holds people captive and inert.
This is a time to keep Paul’s instruction to Timothy at the forefront of our minds:
“For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline.”
God gives us POWER – and there is a strong emphasis on combating fear with God’s power in these days and nights. The Holy Spirit is saying, ‘Refuse to partner with fear; repent of any way you have partnered with fear; and connect with my power which I am releasing to you now.’
God is inviting you to come into a place of receiving His power in a fresh way, in order that you may be a combatant of fear, not just in your own life but also in other’s lives. There is so much more! As you press in and seek Him He will release an increase of His power to move through you and change the atmosphere – moving fear not just from you but also from the people you come into contact with – and even the area you spiritually occupy for the Kingdom of God.
