Are you rooted and established in God, in His love for you – and through you to others? He wants you to produce fruit: fruit that will last.
Sometimes the fruit trees need to be pruned. Sometimes the weeds need to be removed and the soil refreshed. And every tree needs watered – He calls you to be watered by the living waters, to drink deeply and to produce good fruit.
Are you willing to be pruned, ready for new growth? Are you willing to do allow what it takes to bear good fruit? Are you willing to drink deeply from the living waters?
‘How do I do this God?’ Continue to trust, abide and remain in Him and you will produce fruit that will last.
Jeremiah 17:7-8
But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him. They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit.
