Run Your Race – your Lion Bites word for today
And the Lord would say to you today, “My son and my daughter, run your race! I have called you to run your own unique race; it will not look like anyone else’s. Stop looking to see who is in the other lane, and do not compare your race, your running style or your timing with that of another. Set your gaze on the prize and run your race! There is no more time for delay, distraction, hesitation or doubt. I am the one who calls and empowers you to run; I am the one who determines your individualised race. Look to me and run for all you’re worth. Set your passion upon me and run straight for all that I have ahead of you!”

I admit that I haven’t yet acquired the absolute fullness that I’m pursuing, but I run with passion into his abundance so that I may reach the purpose that Jesus Christ has called me to fulfill and wants me to discover. I don’t depend on my own strength to accomplish this; however I do have one compelling focus: I forget all of the past as I fasten my heart to the future instead. I run straight for the divine invitation of reaching the heavenly goal and gaining the victory-prize through the anointing of Jesus.
