Shun the words of the accuser – your Lion Bites word for today
Where you have felt like you have been on trial, remember that your accuser is without authority. All authority in heaven and on earth belongs to Jesus Christ. The words of the accuser, designed to weaken your perception of who you are, may be numerous around your head but they are weak words and without basis or authority and shall not shake those who hold on to the truth of the Lord.
Jesus, your Saviour, is extending His strong arm to you at this time. Grab hold of it. Feel the strength of His grip on you. Even though you stand in the midst of accusations and trial-like circumstances, know that the King of Kings has a strong hold on you. You will not come to harm if you remain close to Christ, the one who has all authority and turn away from the voice of the accuser. Do not heed that liar and deceiver any longer.
Revelation 12:10
Then I heard a loud voice in heaven say: ‘Now have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Messiah. For the accuser of our brothers and sisters, who accuses them before our God day and night, has been hurled down.’
