Sit down and let God unravel your tension –  your Lion Bites word for today

God is asking you to sit down, put your feet up, have a cup of your favourite hot drink and let Him unravel the tension that holds you in frustration, exhaustion and even pain. He wants to attend to the discomfort that has come through stress and some ‘ouch!’ moments and desires to help you relax and find your place of rest again. Why? He really cares about you and loves to see you well.

Many of you need to open your diary and schedule ‘sit down’ time. Find a comfy chair, a comforting drink and commune with Father God. This is not solely a spiritual act, He’s wanting you to slow down and stop in the natural and take a breather. God says to you ‘will you let me help you become stress-free and rest-filled?’
