Take your territory – your Lion Bites word for today

As each of the twelve tribes were allocated a portion of the promised land, so the Lord has allocated ‘territory’ to each of us: in our work, the places we live, in our families and our cities and nations. He has allocated territory to YOU.

The Lord encourages you today to be bold, be brave and know that He is with you! This is YOUR territory, allotted for you to steward, spiritually and physically. Remember the day of your calling, recount the promises He spoke over you then and since then. Take heart and take hold of the fresh gift of faith He is extending to you! Don’t hide out in the wrong plot of land to avoid the responsibilities that God has called you to.

In this Easter season the Lord reminds you of the power that raised Him from the grave that now lives in YOU; the authority he took back as He tore the keys of death out of the hands of hell. That same authority He has endowed upon you! Begin to declare the promises of God, begin to stand on the truth of His word, turn your attention to the call on YOUR life and, as you advance, watch while your enemies are driven out before you!

Romans 5:17
For if, by the trespass of the one man, death reigned through that one man, how much more will those who receive God’s abundant provision of grace and of the gift of righteousness reign in life through the one man, Jesus Christ!

Joshua 3:10
And Joshua said, By this you shall know that the living God is among you, and He will without fail drive out from before you the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Hivites, and the Perizzites, and the Girgashites, and the Amorites, and the Jebusites.
