The comforter lives within you – your Lion Bites word for today
Many of you feel overwhelmed by the magnitude of the tasks ahead; you know that God has called you to venture out into new waters yet you feel trepidation when you think about moving into the unknown.
God reminds you today “I knew that what I would ask of you would be daunting and even scary and that’s why I sent my Holy Spirit, The Comforter, to come and reside within you. Comfort is not a place, its a person, and this person is found in you. So do not fear, as you pioneer and as you advance my true comfort will go with you.”
Some of you just need to lay hands on your stomach and say ‘I choose to plug into the Holy Spirit, the Comforter. I choose to trust in God and not in my environment.’
John 25:6 AMP
But the [a]Helper (Comforter, Advocate, Intercessor—Counselor, Strengthener, Standby), the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name [in My place, to represent Me and act on My behalf], He will teach you all things. And He will help you remember everything that I have told you.
