The Divine Archaeologist – your Lion Bites word for today
I am the Divine Archaeologist and I come to gently remove the layers and layers of fears, pains, disappointments, failures and wrong beliefs from around your foundations.
I know that your heart is to serve me and to flourish in the gifts that I’ve given you and the visions that I have laid on your heart. But in truth, unless I dig deep and excavate to those sub-surface layers then all that you are building is not laid on foundations that are as solid and restored as they could be.
Will you allow me to dig deep and clear those hidden layers, so that your calling may be unhindered and so that what you release in my name is empowered and with the full authority that I have given you? When you trust me to excavate I will not only remove the rubble and all that is broken down, I will also bring to the surface all the treasures that I’ve placed in you and that have become deeply buried under layers.
My digging tools are the processes that I allow to touch your life – the difficulties, the challenges and the attacks that come against you which, when surrendered to me, expose the deep areas in you that I want to bring into my healing light. Excavation sites can look messy and disjointed to the untrained eye but the archaeologist sees the full plan: past, present and future and knows where, when and how to dig.
Don’t despair if you feel undone, if things feel messy or if you can’t see the full picture for I am the Divine Archaeologist and I see the full plan. Trust me, I am preparing you for building on solid ground and good foundations.
