The kneeling generation

There is a generation coming who will live out their faith on their knees. They will live humble lives, poured out in sacrifice before God. They will worship God on their knees, in fervent, passionate adoration. And they will pray and seek the Lord for everything. And the world will marvel at them and at what they have, yet will despise them.

And the Lord to says to all who will listen, ‘Will you be a forerunner to this generation? Will you show them by example, will you be a mother or a father to this new generation?’

And He asks these questions of His people across the nations: ‘Where shall I plant these little ones? Who is nurturing a culture that is ready to receive them, steward what they have, foster them and allow them to grow? Who will bend the knee? Who will drop down before Me, who will embrace Me on bended knees?’

Ephesians 2:20-22 and 3:14 [3:14 is seemingly a continuation of Paul’s thoughts in 3:1]
Together, we are his house, built on the foundation of the apostles and the prophets. And the cornerstone is Christ Jesus himself. We are carefully joined together in him, becoming a holy temple for the Lord. Through him you Gentiles are also being made part of this dwelling where God lives by his Spirit… When I think of all this, I fall to my knees and pray to the Father…

Matthew 6:5-8
And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by men. I tell you the truth, they have received their reward in full. But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you. And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words. Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him.
