Don’t worry – trust Jehovah Jireh
Do not let fear or worry rob you of my joy and lightness. I know that you need many things and that you struggle when your circumstances mean you don’t move fully in what you perceive to be your destiny.
I am Jehovah Jireh, the Lord who sees and provides. I don’t want you to be so caught up in trying to work out your next step that you don’t experience the fullness of my heart for you where you are now. Pray, listen and receive – then lean on me and let me carry you through every day.
You don’t need to make everything right – you just need to trust the One who made everything.
Matthew 6:31-34 (NKJV)
Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.
