What Is Success? – your Lion Bite word for today

I hear the Lord asking the question, ‘how have you measured your success?’ Has it been through the total of money in your bank account, the number of followers you have on social media, has it been through the numbers of people who have turned up to your church or event? 

For the Lord is saying, “I am coming to change the mindset of the church in this hour to take them off the idea that success comes through numbers in a room or on a page, to remove the concept the only way to success is through a works mindset. I am coming to break the false idea of success, and I am planting in the heart of the church what true success is. I look at success by this measure. How Christ-like are you? 

How much you are like Christ is what true success looks like. Pray today that you would become more like Jesus in every way. That the money you earn, the education you pursue, the friendships you have will all come second to the pursuit of becoming more like Jesus.
