You are coming alive in Christ – your Lion Bites word for today
God is bringing His sword down on a spirit of slumber that has sought to put you to sleep and kill your brightness and He’s calling you to stand fully awake.
He says to you ‘Shake off slumber and shake of lethargy. Don’t let it cling to or rule you anymore. I’ve given you authority to trample on this spirit and stop it from seeping into your life. Today is the day to draw a line in the sand and choose to break partnership with a spirit of slumber. Step out from underneath its grip and into the abundant life I’ve opened up for you.’
If you want to work with this word, you may want to do a prophetic act of shaking and brushing off this spirit from your body, decreeing that you’re breaking agreement with it and declaring God’s energy.
