Charity and Legal Information

Global Prophetic Alliance, Glasgow Prophetic Centre and Power Church are ministries of the International Network of Prophetic Centres, a charity registered in Scotland (SC043135).

Governance

The work of the charity is overseen by a board of Trustees, who are responsible for the charity’s governance and overall strategy, and for making sure that the charity is administered effectively. They are responsible for reporting to the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator and for the charity’s financial accounts and audits. The current board of Trustees are:

  • Mr Steve Hepden
  • Mr Greg Black
  • Mrs Christine Hepden
  • Rev Canon John McGinley
  • Rev David Stark
  • Rev Emma Stark
  • Dr Sharon Stone

Global Prophetic Alliance is managed on a day-to-day basis by a small team of senior leaders who head up three “cohorts” (departments) of staff. These cohort leaders, together with the two CEOs, have a spiritual as well as professional responsibility to run the ministry in an exemplary fashion. Three of the current senior leadership team are former church leaders/pastors and have many years of church leadership experience. Pastor John Hansford operates in an honorary spiritual advisorship role to the ministry and its leadership.

In addition to the Trustees, David and Emma Stark are supported by a number of experienced external advisers, counsellors, leaders and peers who have authority to speak with a sharpening truth into their lives and actions.

Complaints or Concerns

If you have a serious complaint or concern relating to the work of Global Prophetic Alliance or any of its staff or ministers, we recommend that you contact us directly. Should you not feel able or comfortable in raising your complaint or concern with GPA staff then you can request to contact one or all of the Trustees.

Annual Report & Accounts

As part of our responsibility as a charity, we submit and publish an annual Trustee Report and set of audited accounts. These are received and approved each year by OSCR, the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator. We publish the report and accounts here, for transparency and because you have a right to view this information under section 23 (1)(a) and (b) of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005.
