An effective Power Source
Know that the Lord will strengthen and empower those who are in Him – and He in them.
Do you sometimes feel like the battery-powered bunny (from the TV advertisements)… up and running one moment, then weakening and even powerless the next?
The Spirit of the Lord assures you today that He will bring these cycles to an end in your life, if you are prepared to journey with Him for the long haul. He will show you how to operate in the full power of His Spirit every day, as if you were making the switch from battery power to mains electricity! But of course this will require continual engagement and relationship with your Heavenly Father, from whom all good things flow. You cannot expect to fill your mind, body and spirit up on a Sunday and expect it to last seven days; nor with a conference or meeting – they are not petrol (gas) stations on the highway! Instead, allow the Holy Spirit to be like a fountain in your midst every second of every day.
Your Heavenly Father asks you, ‘Will you walk with me in this, and I will make you more aware of my strength and power within you’.

Whoever speaks oracles of God; whoever renders service, [let him do it] as with the strength which God furnishes abundantly, so that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.
