God’s special times
Psalm 30:5b
Weeping may tarry for the night, but joy comes with the morning.
There is a joy that comes with the morning!
Mark 1:35
And rising very early in the morning, while it was still dark, he departed and went out to a desolate place, and there he prayed.
Jesus often got up to pray before the sun rose. He knew the joy that came with morning, the soft breeze that blows in with the morning sun, the feeling of the sun rising above the horizon and the knowledge of how it felt to be warmed by the sun itself.
Adam spent time with God in the cool of the day. We all have special times with our Saviour.
We have our special times but what are His special times? Discover God’s special times! Ask, seek, find. For God has His appointed seasons and His appointed times (Leviticus 23:2, Genesis 18:14). God will draw near to us as we draw near to Him, but discover when God is drawing near to you.
