Linger for the Downpour – your Lion Bites word for today
Will you invite the Holy Spirit to come and fall on you afresh today? Will you allow Him not just as a little shower but as a torrential downpour? He seeks to saturate you with His presence and power – the presence and power of Almighty God. He will fall by force upon you, but only at your invitation.
Are you ready to be so full of the presence and power of Almighty God that you can’t help but let Him spill out of you and over into the lives of those around you – and even out into every part of your day and your life?
Don’t expect things to be the same. The status quo will change as you allow the Spirit of Jesus into every part of your day and life. Can you sense His excitement in partnering with you? Do you share His excitement?
So make time today for encounter and invite Him to fall on you like rain. Don’t be content or satisfied with a quick showering. Give Him every opportunity to interrupt your day and life. Linger for the downpour!
