Rise up! – your Lion Bites word for today

The Spirit of the Lord says, ‘Rise up, rise up. rise up! The times of the downtrodden saints are over. Lay your disappointments aside, and ‘Rise up!’. I do mend broken hearts, I do release the prisoners and I do bring hope to the hopeless. I know your story, sweet child, I do know your story. I know it hurt, I know that it wasn’t fair and I know the end of the story.

Remember what Paul said, ‘And He who searches the hearts knows what is the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of God. And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to His purpose.’ Romans 8:27-28.

Sweet child, I have called you, I have chosen you; you are an overcomer. Lay aside the past and rise up!’
