To those in barrenness and drought – your Lion Bites word for today

I speak to the isolated and the forgotten and say: 
‘Lift up your heads, your time is drawing nigh’. 

You have been in a time and a season of drought and barrenness that you thought would never end. A time where lasting fruit seemed to be lacking and where you even questioned your value and worth.

God says, ‘lift up your eyes and see. The clouds are gathering and the rain for you is coming. You have reached the fullness of the times of your testing and of your waiting. I am coming to imbue you with my anointing, with my power and with my wisdom and understanding.

Where you felt isolated yesterday, you will be the one that people gather to. You who fell silent yesterday – you will be my voice and you will walk in authority. The gifts that have lain dormant will suddenly spring to life.

So lift up your eyes and see: I am coming and I will use you for my glory.’

And it will come about in the last days That the mountain of the house of the LORD Will be established as the chief of the mountains. It will be raised above the hills, And the peoples will stream to it.
