You are well equipped – your Lion Bites word for today

‘You are well equipped and you have all that you need for what I have called you to do’, says the Lord.
 
You feel unequipped and unprepared for what is ahead but do not forget that your spirit is one with the Holy Spirit. Do not forget that when you received salvation you received the gift of the Holy Spirit, the giver of gifts. All strength, power, peace, joy, healing, wholeness and more is now available to you. You have access to all that the Holy Spirit is and has.

You might be saying, ‘I am not strong enough to do this’ but remember that strength comes through the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 3:16).

You may feel that you lack the peace to journey through a storm that you are facing but do not forget that the Holy Spirit is the comforter. He brings the peace that passes all understanding.

Weariness might make you feel disqualified but remember that the Holy Spirit renews and re-energises your body (Romans 8:11).

Your lack of knowledge and understanding may fill you with feelings of inadequacy but come to the one who makes you adequate, the Holy Spirit, who will teach and train you (1 Corinthians 2:13).

Remind yourself of who your spirit is joined to and as a result, what you have access to!

But whoever is united with the Lord is one with him in spirit.
